- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The delivery time is 10-15 days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The delivery time is 15-25 days after dispatch.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
